How do your clients benefit from working with you?

When was the last time you asked that question?

In a recent business development session, we were asked, “what benefit do clients working with your business gain?”

Great question! 

It led to discussions that have continued and evolved over future sessions as each of us looked at our businesses from a different perspective. Some of us asked colleagues, associates, suppliers and of course the clients themselves.  

The responses received have led many of us to:
  • Review and adapt the way we communicate
  • Review and adapt our communication message
  • Use feedback as a testimonial
  • Use the opportunity to write about it (!)

This basis of this exercise can be used as:

  • A review of your marketing messages
  • A Team Exercise - what do your employees feel are the benefits?
  • An opportunity to ask your clients for feedback
